David A. Rodgers is a leader, published author, a much sought after public speaker, a frequent contributor to magazines, blogs, internet based news articles, developer of community activism forums and strategic thinking. He has traveled extensively throughout Africa, Haiti, Honduras and the United States of America initiating his global mission to establish economic and personal development in poverty stricken people groups.

David A. Rodgers is also the Chief Executive Officer of Dominion Vision Enterprises Inc. (D.V.E.), a real estate focused conglomerate of five companies, based in Chicago, Illinois. He has been in the field of real estate since 1997 and has chosen to use his expertise to focus on the redevelopment of Urban America. D.V.E. has forged strategic partnerships with banks, corporations, not-for-profit organizations, schools, colleges and municipalities as a part of their Community Transformation Strategy. The Community Transformation Strategy is built on the premise of educating people in blighted communities on the power of home ownership. D.V.E. then empowers these people to become homeowners and real estate investors.

David Rodgers is a U.S. Army Veteran and former Chicago Police Officer. He also holds Real Estate, General Contractor, Life Insurance and Financial Planning professional licenses. He is an Alum of Concordia College in Selma, Alabama and Concordia University in River Forest, Illinois.
